General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many medical conditions that can cause headaches and nausea. One of the common causes can be sinusitis which can be diagnosed with an X-ray of the sinuses.

I also recommend to do an ocular exam to exclude a vision issue which can cause headache or nausea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
