What Could Cause Headache, Tingling And Tight Arms, Fatigue, Shortness Of Breath After Eating?
I am 36yr old female and recently have issues with digestion. Have been tested for EVERYTHING, but told I just need to lose weight. I feel something more is going on. When I eat, I experience a headache, my left arm is always tingling and sometimes tight. I get very tired and seem to have NO energy. Its like I feel my food going through my system. I m trying to get back to exercising, but have to catch my breath even when walking. My appetite has changed and taste buds have changed.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that you should have the gastric irritation due to the irritant foods, peptic ulcer,or anxiety. Which in the beginning may have lot of appetite, troubled respiration, etc. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and and antacid gel. Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods, and also avoid untimely foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
