What Could Cause Headache?

Been waking up with a dull yet potentially sharp headache, pain behind eyes so that when I look side to side, it hurts, and a seemingly increase heart rate or pounding. Earlier this week I had other symptoms in addition: a fever and had other syptoms like back and neck soreness, nausea, and extreme fatigue. Any idea?

Thanks for your question dear. You should be in emergency. The symptoms you are saying that are resembling to dengue so get blood tests for dengue and if needed then plz go for admittion ok
