What Could Cause Headache?

I ve recently had an on off pain in the back left side of my head and then tho other day I had an awful headache and was unable to move my head. This lasted two days and now whenever I cough, bend down, move after staying still for a while or move in general to quickly I get a searing pain. Any help? Thanks

Hello !
I read your question and understand your concern.
In my opiniont he troubles you have may be related to a muscular contraction , causing this kind of pain. There are different causes of this symptoms, like a muscle irritation from cervical spondylarthrosis, a occipital neuralgia, etc.
I would recommend you to avoid cold currents, straining physical exercise for some days. If the pain persists I would recommend a head CT scan or MRI, to rule out possible lesions in the posterior part of the brain.
