What Could Cause Hip Pain While Sleeping And Pain In The Left Side Of The Chest?

2 questions: 1. Recently I have been experiencing hip pain, even when I am in bed trying to sleep...what might this be? 2. For the past week I have had occasional pain in the left side of my chest - more often when I am lying down...thoughts? Thank you!

Hello,

We have to rule out possibilities like neuropathic pain as in case if sciatica.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
