What Could Cause Increased Heart Rate And Stomach Discomfort While Having Cold?
I have a cold and sore throat . Recently when I started to get sick my heart would beat really fast and it would continue for a while. My stomach allso feels like it's twisting or someone has dropped 1000 pounds on it. It just started and I can barely sleep due to it. What do I do.
Hi. Increased heart rate with cold can be because of fever.in fever you have more pulse rate. But if you have palpitations then it has to treated. your stomzch sensation is not related to cold. Either is it medicine induced gastritis or colitis. Take prokinetic drug like omeprazole for a week on empty stomach. Take anti histamines with decongestant for cold.
Take paracetamol for your increased heart rate and see for 3 days, whether it reduces or not if it doesnt reduce then do consult your doctor.
