What Could Cause Inflammed, Red, Swollen Toes With No Help From Fungal Creams

I have a inflammation of my two toes they are looking red and swollen... Have used some cream for fungus infection as i used to suffer from it and thought that it had returned but it did not help.... Really painful cant wear shoes or walk properly......

Thank you for posting on HCM
It seems you got acute infection nail folds called paronychia.
Consult your dermatologist for proper management.
Usually i prescribe a short course of iral antibiotics like cefadroxyl and analgesics.
Also, apply a cream containing mupirocin twice a day over affected areas.
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and detergents.
