What Could Cause Irregularity In Periods, back Pain And Brown Discharge

Hi i have the implant in my arm which is due to run out on the 4th march. I am 19 days late on my period and have the aching period and back pain had some brown/redish discharge when I wipe the last couple of days but nothing on pad. I have 2 kids already and I am experiencing what I can only explain like kick or movement in my lower stomach very weird off and on during the day but taken 2 pregnancy tests and both negative. If I can t be pregnant I am worried now that something more serious is happening as I have always been near enough bang on time each month with my period. Last period was back in December only last 4 days. What could this be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Go to the gynaecologist for per speculum examination. Your symptoms are suggestive of pelvic inflammatory disease. Usg pelvis will be informative.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
