What Could Cause Itching Followed By Tingling And Burning Sensation Around Middle Portion Of Leg?

Hello, For aq few months now I have been feeling an isolated itch on and around middle portion of my left leg. The itch if addressed with warm water compress. After the initial itch and compress the itch tingles and finally starts to a burning sensation; quite painful. This has been occuring more frequently as well as my concern. Please advise! YYYY@YYYY

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be an allergic reaction to some thing like food,clothes, wool, soap etc.It may also be a fungal infection. Try to avoid and observe the things and try to find the allergen.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, montelekast , and cifixime.
