Itch Hi. For sometime now I've been having this aggresives itching on my lower back, its right above the buttocks mainley on the left side. The mornings are the worst time and sometime its wakes me out my sleep to scratch, I'm concerned now and will go to the hospital about it but I would like to have an idea what the doctors may tell me.

If I were your dermatologist hten would have suggested you to apply Permethrin 5% cream once at night time and repeat it after 7 days. maintain a good hygiene.
I additionally have suggested you to take loratadine or cetrizine for two times daily.
