What Could Cause Itchy Red Spots Under The Foreskin?

Hi my boyfriend told me tonight he has little red spot under the fore skin he said it was itchy but it has stopped now red spots still there where I have nothing I ve only had a smear test and the nurse would of told my doctor and me if I had those spots just wondering what it could be

If there is history of unprotected sex need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not it can be balanitis caused due to fungal infection. Share a picture for better understanding.
