What Could Cause Itchy, Swollen Penis Followed By Blackish Discoloration After Masturbation?

i was having itching on the rim of the penis . and i masterbated on the same day.. after some time the whole glance penis swelled up.... on the next morning i washed the penis wit soap the glans penis just above the rim got blackish discolouration.... what this can be i am really worried .:( pls help!
