What Could Cause Joint Stiffness, Pain Along With Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

My joints are always stiff and painful and sometimes my bones threaten to slide out of their sockets. I also am constantly suffering from ibs; nausea, gas, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, etc. My friend said that she heard of a disease that causes both of these seemingly unrelated problems and she thinks that I have it. Is there such a disease and if so what is it called? What would be your suggestion? Eamon

Yes their is one such disease that is assosiated with ibs called ankylosig spondylitis an autoimmune disease 30%assosiation hav been prooved. . Get ANA profile don to evaluate disease or syndromic assosiation and proceed with endocrinologists consultation. Thank you
