What Could Cause Left Quadrant Pain With Bladder Incontinence, Ultrasound Came Clear?

Hi I have notiable ache in my left side and it also hurts sometime during sex only the left side. I have been dignosed with leaky gut would this have anything to due with this irritating ache and pain during intercourse. Since having my son I cannot hold my pee at all when it come on I really do not have a chance to get to the washroom it kinda falls right out of me. I do not have pain when I pee and it does not burn. I think it is abladder condition, I have had internal done and ultrsounds by my doctor with nothing showing up. What do you think. Thanks

*There is definite reason for the same , Ultrasound is normal doesn`t mean
you don`t have any underlying ailment.
*Would like to have all reports scanned as attachment along with treatment
taken till now to deeply understand the data & finally arriving for further
need of action plan on clinical basis.
