General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It sounds like very serious condition and further tests are required. First, you need to rule out blood flow disorder, which can be venous or arterial so you need to do a Doppler ultrasound. Also this can be sign of hematologic clotting disorders too while other causes include infectious diseases. You need treatment with granuflex compresses at this stage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you good health.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
