General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.
I read your symptoms and i understand your concerns.

Blood in urine (hematuria) and feeling of pressure in pelvic area is correlated most of the times with a cystitis (infection of the bladder) or a urinary tract infection (UTI)
Usually a cystitis/UTI have these symptoms:
A strong, persistent urge to urinate.
-A burning sensation when urinating.
-Passing frequent, small amounts of urine.
-Blood in the urine (hematuria)
-Passing cloudy or strong-smelling urine.
-Pelvic discomfort.
-A feeling of pressure in the lower abdomen.

Depending in the type of bacteria present in your urine and the response of your immune system you might have a few or all of these symptoms. But don't worry, we can treat it easily.

1-First of all you need to do an urine test/urine culture to confirm the diagnose and start the antibiotics.
2-Using a lot of fluids especially Horsetail and Dandelion Tea, Marshmallow Root Tea, Peppermint-ginger-juniper berry tea, chamomile tea can help your bladder get clean from the infection (it will not replace the antibiotic)
These kind of tea are natural antiseptic. It means that using them, when there is no infection, will help your UT to not get one.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
