What Could Cause Light Red Patches Of Discoloration On The Scrotum In An 80-year-old?
I am an 80 year old black male. For the past 2 months or so I have observed pink to light red patches of discoloration on my scrotum. They have now developed into a large patch from towards the base of my penis down the right side of my scrotum. There are also other spots lower down the sack. What can this be?

I would recommend using an antifungal cream for local treatment.
If the symptoms continue I suggest using antifungal oral medication such as Fluconazole.
Wash and dry frequently the area.
