What Could Cause Little Blood Discharge After Uriantion?

Hi, I'm a 18 y/o female, I've noticed that the past week or so after I go toilet and wipe that there's a little blood on the tissue. It doesn't happen every time. I'm not experiencing any pains whatsoever so I'm kinda freaked out. I hope it is nothing bad. Any advice would be a great help thanks.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that this condition of your can be due to urinary tract infection. I would suggest you to have a urine routine investigation done and start urinary alkalizing syrups for 10 days and also start having Nitrofurantoin tablet (100 mg) for 10 days. Sometimes, infection can be asymptomatic also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
