What Could Cause Looseness In The Foreskin That Occurred During Masturbation And Will Preparation-H Help?
hello doctor, i am a 30 years old circumcised male. About 5 months ago, I forced the skin of the penis while masturbating and the skin became loose, but there is no looseness in the skin during erection. The abundance on the skin of the penis is very uncomfortable in normal condition. Will my problem be fixed if I use Preparation H?

Creams, ointments or preparation H will not help. Anyways, take care of your hygiene. Tightness depends on how much foreskin is removed during surgery. A loose circumcision is one in which more of the foreskin is retained as is in your case. Removing more of the foreskin results in a tight circumcision and is more comfortable. If it’s too much skin & you are very uncomfortable then you can get a revision surgery done.
If you do not have problem on erection and skin remains bunched up behind the head when flaccid, just take care of your hygiene, you may not need surgery. Get clinically examined by an expert, professional surgeon to remove the excess skin. It will depend on your condition and the surgeon if he recommends revision surgery or not. If your skin condition is such that, it will become looser over time as skin stretches, the surgeon will do revision surgery and remove more skin.
The surgery should be done with utmost care as if much skin is removed, in course of time at erection you may feel pain and get very uncomfortable. You are advised to consult an expert surgeon, get into details of post operative complications and care.
