What Could Cause Low BP?

My physician has me on lisinopril 40 mg twice a day plus Amlodopine 5 mg. my blood pressure has bee as low as 130/53. I am falling asleep in the am and pm. I feel I am getting too much meds! I had previously taken 40 mg lisinopril once daily, but present in her office with high numbers.

Hi welcome to HCM.
Low blood pressure can be due to optimum usage of blood pressure medications.Antihypertensives must be started in low doses and slow upward dose titration is needed.Maintain your blood pressure at 110-130/60-90 mm hg.Review your drug dose with your cardiologist.Keep yourself adequately hydrated.Regular 20 min exercise will help to avoid Blood pressure fluctuations.
