What Could Cause Lower Abdominal Cramps?

hello , im 15 weeks pregnant with 2 previous early miscarriagesat 8 weeks and 4 weeks, my doctor puts me on DUPHASTON for protection , i have lower abdominal\pelvic light cramps and hotness , is that a bad sign ? is it coz baby moves ? my last ultrasound baby is ok and heartbeat is ok ? thank u

No, we can't take it to be caused by baby's movements, rather it could be a sign of Threatened miscarriage. Please don't get upset as most viable pregnancies that reach 15 weeks of gestation progress to term.
You should continue the treatment prescribed to you, take rest, avoid stress & exertion.
