What Could Cause Lower Abdominal Pain During 32 Weeks Pregnancy?

Hi I am currently 32 weeks pregnant with twins and the last 3days I have been having like a dull ache in my lower stomach and on and off pain in my Fagin's that feels like a lightening rod, it comes and goes also I have been having bowl movements a lot, is this normal?

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.I understand your query.This type of symptoms is not normal in my opinion.Slight pain may be present on & off,but you are having bowel movements also,which suggest some infection..So better consult your gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.You may need USG abdomen.take care.
