Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

I have come across many patients who have these vague symptoms like you have, which are sometimes difficult to localize to one system. I usually advise my patient to exercise regularly, have small but frequent meals, regular walk after meals, avoid meals with cause bloating like cabbage, curd, dairy products for a short period of time. If symptoms do not respond to this lifestyle changes, I advise antacids and rifaxamine, as it has shown some degree of effective results in the literature.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Zahir Shah,
