What Could Cause Lump Coming Out Of Libia On Pressure With History Of Bleeding During Masturbation?

I had bleeding twice when masterbating manually whithout help of toys last year, now I feel like something wants to come out of my vagina and when this happen there is a lump that comes out on the side of the libia, but when I don t feel that pressure in the vagina the lumps also desapear. The pressure appears when I lift heavy, or force to urinate or I have a bowel movement, what should I do

There is not any problem by masturbation before a year, So do not need to worry about that. Now the problem with lumps comes out; if not paining or not any major, may it been by swelling in glands too.
Mostly its normal, although wait and keep watch on it, if any significant symptoms you shall find out, consult to gynecologist.
