What Could Cause Lump On Either Side Of The Groin?

Hi, Have been feeling unwell of late. Have been really tired. a real lack of energy. Havent been feeling hungry. have been getting sores on my thighs and groin. today I noticed two lumps, one either side of my groin. they hurt when I touch them. Im 21yr old male

I have gone through your query. The swelling on groin is lymph node enlargement. It can be a sign of infection. Infections like Sexualy transmitted diseases will get such picture. Even some infections like typhoid fever,Urinary tract infections also get that.I usually give a routine blood and urine analysis for such cases.I give antibiotics if any signs of bacterial infection. It is better to consult a doctor to rule out these.
