What Could Cause Lumpy Feeling On Throat While Swallowing?

I accidentally poked my throat with my finger on the right side of my adams apple. I sometimes feel a lump when I swallow. Could I have bruised my trachea? I don't have trouble breathing or swallowing or turning my head from side to side. It happened about 3 days ago.
