What Could Cause Memory Loss, The Inability To Walk Normally And Express Oneself About 8 Hours After A Head Injury?
Mu husband is 80 yrs old and fell and hit his head on the dresser. he has been fine since it happened about a week ago. He also has PARKINSONS but has been taking propola for the last 1 and 1/2 years with no problems. Last night before going to bed he appear3d to be a little warm, and a headache. However, this morning he didn t remember several things, could not seem to control walking, heard me talking but did not seem to be able to express himself. Is this a concussion?

I would explain that his symptoms could be related to Parkinson's disease or head concussion.
Anyway, if this situation persists, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and performing a brain CT scan, in order to exclude possible delayed intracranial hemorrhage.
