What Could Cause Menstrual Irregularity?

my last period start on 1st august.at present my husband is with me .generally he works abroad.for last 3 months he is at home.delay of period is showing any sign of pregnancy.i m 50 years old,having 3 children.please advice me how my period will start.

I think that I would suggest you have a thyroid profile test and prolactin test done as these symptoms can lead to menstrual irregularities.
