What Could Cause Missed Periods With HPT Negative?

Hi , I m 16. And I ve been 2 months late on my period. I ve never been this late. I ve taken 2 pregnancy tests and they both said negative. Lately, I ve been having random nose bleeds , I don t know what s going on with me. I just don t know what to do.

Hi,

A number of factors affect the monthly cycles. Increased physical exercise, stress and lack of rest, dietary changes, excess travel and many other factors can cause lighter periods. Hormonal imbalance should also be ruled out. Complete blood count, pelvic ultrasound and thyroid function test should be done to identify uterine / ovarian abnormalities and hypothyroidism. You may require hormonal pills for 3 to 4 weeks to regulate your cycles.
