What Could Cause Mood Swings, Headaches, Body Pain, Nausea, Dizziness And Metallic Taste When Pregnancy Test Is Negative?

Hi, I’m having a lot of pregnancy symptoms like I’m moody, having headaches, body aches, lower back pains, breast pain, nauseous, dizzy, lightheaded, having metallic taste in my mouth, sleep and my tongue tingling. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative Could I be pregnant? My last period was January 9th, 2023.

Hi,

Pregnancy test is reliable when done after 8 days delay in expected date of periods. Please repeat it at proper time. If still negative the cause of your symptoms can be viral infection or a hormonal imbalance. Take tablet paracetamol after eating twice a day. A capsule of B-complex after food once a day for symptom relief.
