What Could Cause Nausea Along With Stomach Pain In A Child?
My son is 12 years old. He came home from school yesterday complaining of feeling nauseous. Its been almost 2 days and this hasn t subsided. He has not yet vomited although he still feels like he wants to. And has no other symptoms, other than some very mild stomach pain.

It seems like your son has developed gastritis. He may have taken something from a restaurant outside. You can just give medicine for vomiting and it will settle.
