What Could Cause Nauseous,dizzy And Involuntary Moving Of Eyes?
I woke up this morning and had a serious dizzy spell. My eyes were involuntarily moving side to side and I felt extremely nauseous for quite a good period of time. And so far the rest of the day ive still been a little dizzy but not nearly as bad. There are two things I think might be contributing. I worked 15 hours yesterday which is not normal for me. And I was hit by a car on my bike less than a week ago, although I sustained no direct injuries as a result from the accident.
