Hi,
Noted your history of
liver disease, bruises that take time to disappear, stool problems with blood sometimes, cramps like wanting to go to bathroom, right upper thigh pain with weird sensation and so on.
Since you have liver problems the changes in bleeding, clotting or
prothrombin time can modulate to have bruise.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tests done.
Tests of blood and detailed function tests of liver,
kidney and
thyroid.
Vitamin K injections can help you to solve the bruise problems; treatment of liver disease after all relevant tests can help.
Laxatives of stool is hard.
The problems in fingers and limbs can be due to
electrolyte imbalance.
Get the serum electrolytes also done and supplement if required.
Take rest for a few days for early recover.
Your Doctor on clinical examination can help you further with a proper diagnosis and management.
Full investigations of liver and why the bleeding occurs will be followed by an appropriate management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
