Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it Lomela cream contains a combination of a steroid Mometasone furoate, Tretinoin and Hydroquinone..
Although using a steroid based cream can initially give excellent results by brightening the skin but it has a drawback that withdrawal of using can recur the pigmentation..
Along with it long term use can cause side effects on skin like increased pigmentation, pimples, rashes, increased hair growth on face and dilated veins under the skin..
I would suggest you to stop using lomela or any steroid cram for that matter..
You should wash your face with a mild facewash containing Salicylic acid and glycolic acid twice a day as it will help in reducing pigmentation, removing dead skin as well as remove oil from face..
You can apply safer depigmenting creams like creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
Wash your face frequently throughout the day as it will help in maintaining dryness and cleanliness..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet..
You can also go for microdermabrasion, dermal rollers and chemical peels..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
