Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There could be torn meniscus acting like a loose body. Get MRI of the knee and consult orthopaedic surgeon with the report, since treatment may require surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopaedic Surgeon
