I have put up with this slight pain only doing these activities the nine years however the last four weeks the pain is there all the time particularly worse in both films at the wrist and slightly N my four arms underneath. In the shower when the water is heart my fingers feel like this Welling and it's on bearable but they aren't swelling it's a horrible feeling last night my films were hurting so bad at the bottom of my thumbs the fleshy bed all the Veins came to the surface and it swelled up and my wrist is aching and where the pain is in my forearm a vein came up. Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
It is more associated with compression of the nerve of your upper limb or thoracic outlet syndrome.
Get emg ncv study of the upper limb in it it will show which nerve is affected. Most probably it is likely to be carpel tunnel syndrome.....and it need to get release.
If needed mri brachial plexus with thoracic should be done to see for thoracic outlet syndrome.
Please consult your orthopaedic surgeon as well as plastic surgeon.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
