What Could Cause Pain In Lower Abdomen While Passing Stools And While Coughing?

I have a pain in my lower abdomen. It is not there constantly but there mostly when I poop. I also have a cold/cough and it hurts when I cough. I don't believe I am constipated because I pass a good stool daily if not twice a day. It feels like the pain is in my intestines not my anus.

HI. This is colitis, meaning inflammation and/ or infection of the large bowel which gives this type of pain which you have. You get a pain at pooh as the large bowel is contracted for the stool to come out so the pain only at passing motion. You may need an antibiotic , metronidazole and other supportive medicines. Please visit a Doctor who would do a clinical examination and you need a prescription too .
