What Could Cause Pain In Middle Of Penis Shaft With Sore And Painful Ulcer After Masturbation?

Hi, I tend to masturbate a lot and the last time doing so was last night. Lately when I do so there is a pain in the middleof the shaft. Today when I went to do so I notice a shallow red sore/ulcer looking thing that is painful when touched. I have been with my girlfriend for 1 year and dont see how it could be an std. Please help
