What Could Cause Pain In Stomach When Tight Clothes Are Worn And With Pressure On Stomach?

hello and thank you for your time. my problem is that whenever i wear tight pants or whenever there is any sort of pressure on my stomach , i get terrible pains. i am forced to buy clothing that are bigger than my size, and i always have to pick up my pants before i sit down to make sure that my pants are in the right position. whats wrong with me?

Hi.Thanks for your query and history, I have read this and understood your problem well.
The most probable reason for such an odd symptoms of having pain in abdomen on tight pants and clothes may be :
That you are suffering from enteritis like that seen in typhoid , diverticulitis or any other inflammatory process inside the structures of the abdomen.

I would advise you the following:
Blood_ Widal , CBC, ESR,
Urine and stool - routine tests.
Ultrasonography will give a clue as to the inflammatory process and the sequel and complications it has made.
Get a proper treatment as per the reports and physical examination by a General Surgeon.
