Hello Welcome to HCM, thanks for posting your query...
I read your question completely and have understood it well.
I being a surgeon can assure you there will not be any major problems.

At first, I need few information..
1. Your age.
Because, diseases are definitely age specific..
2. What kind of pain is it?
Cramps, dull aching, sharp.
This will tell us from where does this pain arise.
3. How do you grade the severity of pain. Out of 10,10 being the highest intolerable pain.

Also,
You for that you get pain when you press. Does it mean you don't have pain other times?
If that's the case, then just relax. It should subside on its own without any form of treatment.

Is your pain, related to food intake?
If yes, then there's bowel pathology.
If no, then, most of the times it should be musculoskeletal and should again subside on its own.

OK, anyway I will try to solve your problem. Do these things.
1. Please be positive that nothing is going to happen to you..
This is the most important thing in any healing process..
2. Drink lot of water and fruits and vegetables consumption should be good
3. Good that you are not constipated, I congratulate you on this..
4. Take tablet pantoprazole 40mg once a day before breakfast for 10 days.
Sometimes it could be simple gastritis.

Hope this helps you, in case you need any further assistance please let me know..
Take care and God bless you..
