What Could Cause Pain & Noise In The Ear?

I was sitting in front of super fan for a long night . after some time I feel that some thing is going inside my right ear ... I was really very sacred . I think may be it was my hair but I am not sure . for all hole night my ear was paining and my ear was block. air was coming out side I think . when ever I rotate mu head I hear some sound in my right ear. I dont know how to explain my problem ..... plz help me .please

Welcome to health care magic,

It might be because of excess wax depositions in ear canal or otitis media etc which is causing here something feeling in right ear.

You may go for complete blood works,ESR,blood sugar and otoscopic examination.

You will require oral antibiotics (quinolones or cephalosporins group preferred) with analgesics and antiinflammatory with other supportive treatment.

The important thing is to diagnose first means which problem causes repeated eat pain.

You must consult ENT specialist and get diagnosed first.

Don't worry you will be alright after that.
