Hello,

Pain under left lower rib may be due to pleurisy or left intercostal muscle spasm or costochondritis or cardiac pain or herpes zoster etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen and X-ray of chest.

Take rest and use muscle relaxant so.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
