What Could Cause Painful Cramps In Stomach, Watery And Rice Looking Stools With Little Blood?

Hi, since saturday night i have been having excruciating stomach cramps and have been pooping water galore, linguini and rice looking feces. And last night some bright red blood too. i havent eaten anything out of the normal. i have no idea what is going on.

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Rice- looking watery diarrhea , blood in stool with excruciating pain can be due to gastroenteritis.
I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor to get the clinical evaluation, investigations of stool and blood and ultrasound of abdomen.
Get a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics.
Oral fluid and electrolyte balance.
Activated charcoal, banana and yogurt helps.
Oral Pantoprazole and other symptomatic treatment as needed.
