What Could Cause Painful Lump On Left Testicle?

I have a painful lump in my left testicle, it has been there about a week, I went to the hospital last night and they did an ultrasound and urine and blood work and they said it all came back fine and they didnt know what it could be, I was just wondering if you could give me any help as to what it might be, thank you

Hi. Did they do an Ultrasound of the scrotum. Of that was normal then it shouldnt be much to worry about. It could be an epididymal cyst which would not require any treatment. You should wear tight underwear and keep it in observation. If it enlarges or causes severe pain you should get it evaluated by your Doctor again. Dont worry. Take care.
