What Could Cause Pelvic Pain In A 16-year-old?

My 16?yearcold daughtervcame home from gymnastics complaining of pelvic pain( center quite low) she says it doesn’t hurt when she sits but has to bend over if standing due to what she calls painful pressure. She is not sexually active, she just had a menstrual cycle last week. Any ideas?

Hi,

I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this is probably due to a muscle strain. Please give her an anti-inflammatory as ibuprofen tablets.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
