What Could Cause Persistent Cough With Green Mucus, Missed Periods, Nausea And Dizziness In A 35-year-old?

Hello doctor i am a 35 yr old female. I have a couple of concerns that i m dealing with. Concern 1.. I ve had a cough for over 2 months now its gotten a lot better but it still persist. I do suffer with allergies and sinus a lot. when i cough there is thick green- like mucus. i have been to the doctor and was prescribed a cough medicine. do you have any more suggestions because its very aggravating especially at night when i lay down to sleep. concern 2.... I ve had my tubes tied approximately 9 yrs now. Just this month i missed my period and is very nauseated and dizzy. Would this be normal or should i be concerned.
