So my period was about 5 days ago, on Friday. It ended on Monday, but that isn’t abnormal for me because my periods are normally short. my period has ended, not bleeding, but I have been having lower abdomen cramps all day for the past three days. no nausea or anything like that and I don’t know what’s wrong with me

Hi,

The lower abdominal cramps after periods could be either pelvic inflammation (vaginal discharge) / urinary bladder infection (with frequency or burning urination) / digestive problem with games. Detailed physical examination followed by urine examination of deep vaginal swab culture would pun point the cause, followed by specific treatment. Please consult your gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
