What Could Cause Persistent Spotting For 11 Days Followed By Menstrual Bleeding For 3 Days After Taking The Morning After Pill?
.Hi! Im just a bit worried about a situation where I took the morning after pill 2 weeks after my period ended, then got my period about a week after I took the pill, however the blood was very dark, and lighter than usual, however the spotting lasted 11 days where my usual period would only last around 4. On the 11th day I began bleeding bright red blood heavily, and this has lasted 3 more days. I was wondering if you know somewhat what is going on and why?

It’s quite common after taking emergency pills. Nothing much to worry as it is a normal phenomenon after taking emergency pills. It is due to hormonal actions of pills and it will settle by itself.
