What Could Cause Piles Every Time On Attempting Weight Loss Through Diet, Despite Diet Being Fibre Rich?

hi,
i am a fat guy. Whenever i try to lose weight and follow a diet it works fine for a month and then i get piles.
i eat oats for breakfast, an apple as a mid morning snack, brown rice with some vegetables for lunch ( chicken included on 2 days per week), post workout- 3 egg whites, dinner - 2 roti and vegetables for dinner. I am from India. Due to this i am unable to stick to my diet and exercise program. I also drink 2-3 litres of water per day.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Piles is caused by prolapse of the rectal mucosa and in advanced cases, the piles start bleeding also.
There is abundant fat in the rectal and anal region.
Loss of fat can decrease the support to the anal canal.
Occurrence of piles after loss of weight suggests that fat loss has left the anal canal without support.

Thanks and take care
