What Could Cause Pink Spotting On The Toilet Paper 7 Years After Not Having My Periods?
hi, I was wondering about something. I haven t had a period in near 7 years. For the past 4 days I ve had pink/red on the toilet paper after peeing. sometimes with clots about size of a nickle. I am on a blood thinner (factor 5 and 8) I am diabetic and have high blood pressure. what is going on? There is a slight pressure and discomfort on left side. I would get this pain about a week before my period before.

Hi,
When one is on blood thinner, slight scratch would Bleed more than normal but taking blood thinner would not be cause of bleeding. After absent periods for 7 years (confirmed menopause). Bleeding per vagina is NOT normal. It needs immediate attention.
You need to see your gynecologist for physical examination, needful investigation like biopsy to exclude / find certain serious cause like malignancy. Start with specific advised treatment. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment is key factor for sure success.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
